Return Policy:
To return any goods, you must provide your receipt, which shows the items and date of purchase.
You are welcome to return the items within 7 days of the purchase date for an exchange with other items or a credit note.
The following conditions apply:

1. NO REFUNDS
2. The items must be in the original condition and packaging .
3. The price ticket must be attached.
4. The items must be unused.
5. We don’t accept any returns on accessories, jewellery, glassware, homeware, cosmetics, swimwear and lingerie.

Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash and no change will be given if the purchase is less then the gift card amount

Returns are to be done in store.
No refunds for courier charges if items were ordered online. You are liable to pay for any extra courier charges when returning the items to our store for exchanging for other items.

Lay-by Rules
30% deposit required from the total amount.
No cancellations allowed!
If you do cancel and can’t collect the lay-by, you forfeit the deposit paid

Total under R500 – 1 month
Total over R500 – 2 months
Total over R1000 – 3 months

Prices of items in lay-bys does not change regardless if the
item goes on sale.
Items in the lay-by cannot be changed.
Lay-bys must be collected before the expiry date or
you forfeit your deposit and we cancel the lay-by.
No changes to me made on lay-bys with regards to pricing and items!
